Modifications: exterior Sections 01–05 selected from the larger scene; foreground café geometry retained in its shared metric coordinates; surrounding architecture simplified with a 0.1% geometric error bound and locked boundaries (1,807,576 to 1,162,390 background triangles), with background-only images capped at 256px; material assignments reconstructed from the Godot scene files; PBR base color, normal maps, material parameters and alpha cutouts converted to glTF; original 2048px table/cobblestone color and normal maps retained for desktop, other foreground details capped at 1024px or 512px and encoded as WebP; mobile close surfaces and signage capped at 1024px with other images capped at 512px; authored door/glass/scooter/sign metal and roughness channels restored to lossless 512px packed material maps; deduplicated, quantized, and compressed mesh data with Meshopt; invisible collision blocker omitted; static meshes joined by material; one hero tabletop cleared of its ashtray, bottle, and napkin holder while its table and chairs remain. No audio, music, scripts, physics behaviors, human models, or other external content from the repository is included.

The preview HDR is not embedded in the model. It is only a local lighting reference supplied by the existing Coasty source tree.

High-definition refinement: desktop chair wood and the main Bistro sign retain the original 2048px base-color images; three frequently visible façade/door base-color images use 1024px. Mobile chair wood, green painted wood, and red awning fabric use original-source 1024px base colors. Eight surrounding façade, shop-sign, and hotel-fabric base-color images use 512px original-source derivatives. These are restored from the original 2048px DDS/PNG sources, never enlarged from the smaller shipped textures. Existing normal, metal, and roughness maps are retained. All 434 compressed foreground/background geometry streams, material parameters, scene nodes, and accessors are byte-identical to the previous geometry. Source image hashes, exact resolutions, and conservative memory increments are recorded in `hd-material-report.json`.
